Rizwana Farooq joined LBX in 2023 as Property Administrator, supporting and playing a key role on our Property Management team. Prior to joining LBX, she worked for Lincoln Property Company for five years. She has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years with reputable companies such as Equitable Real Estate/Lend Lease, Carter, and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank/NGKF. In her role as Property Administrator, she focuses on AP/AR, Vendor Contracts, Tenant Billbacks, Collection COI working with Building Engineers, entering tenant work orders, and building relationships with tenants. Rizwana – who moved to the United States in 1990 – originally hails from Pakistan, where she completed her Bachelors of Commerce degree with a major in accounting and economics.
