Reza Rabiee serves in the role of Senior Counsel for LBX Investments, where he oversees the company’s legal strategy and operations.
Reza has extensive experience in investment real estate transactions, previously serving as in-house counset for two publicly traded shopping center REITs - Phillips Edison & Company and Federal Realty. Prior to serving in those roles, he was a partner at the law firm of Middleton Reutlinger, where he assisted clients in corporate and real estate matters. Reza began his law career as a corporate and commercial real estate associate in the Louisville, KY office of Denton’s Bingham Greenebaum.
Reza earned his JD from Emory University School of Law and attended Vanderbilt University for his undergraduate degree. He also has an MBS from the University of Louisville. Reza lives in Atlanta with his wife and four children.
