Mike Allison is the Director of Asset Management for LBX Investments. In this role, he focuses on the management, coordination, and monitoring of the portfolio, as well as assisting in the execution of LBX’s shared strategic vision for each asset.
Mike has 14 years of experience in commercial real estate and, prior to joining LBX, was a Director at JLL (formerly HFF) for 8 years where his focus was on the origination and execution of retail transactions throughout the Southeast. During his tenure at JLL, he was involved in over $1.5 billion of transactions. Prior to that, he worked as a land development analyst for Kinley-Horn & Associates in Sarasota, FL.
Mike has an MS in Real Estate from the University of Florida, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
